Summary 

World practice has proven that the transition to a market economy is characterized by many challenges. A socially oriented market economy has internal contradictions. It is, first and foremost, a contradiction between the economic objective of a market economy, which is expressed in the pursuit of profit and its social orientation, which can only be achieved by the proper legal and organizational provision of the state.
